EJA developed the world’s first all-electric jetpack: the EJ-1, powered by four modular JetPods delivering a combined 320 lbs of thrust. Designed to lift a 200 lb pilot, the EJ-1 marked a breakthrough in compact, personal VTOL flight — lightweight, fully electric, and adaptable to a range of mobility applications.
Across seven prototype generations, EJA laid the groundwork for a new era of flight. That vision now moves toward production with our partner company, LEO Flight, co-founded by the EJA team to bring the electric jetpack to life at scale.
